An Arithmetic Progression (AP) is a sequence of numbers in which the difference between any two consecutive terms is always constant. This constant value is called the common difference and is denoted by d. For example, in the sequence 3, 7, 11, 15…, the difference between each pair of terms is 4. The structure of an AP helps predict patterns and future values with ease.
