Request account deletion

If you want your BoardReady account and associated data deleted, please email us at support@boardready.co.in using the email address linked to your account.

What to include in your email

• Your registered email address
• Your name, if available on the account
• A clear request to delete your account and associated data

What we delete

On successful verification, we will remove or anonymize, as applicable:

• Your account profile information
• Stored progress and engagement data
• Practice responses and related learning data associated with your account

Processing time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 7 business days, unless a longer period is required for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

Important note

Some limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud-prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
